I took my car in for a covered repair that was discovered by another GM Service dealer. While at Barker’s they “discovered” a different problem. I left my car there on a Tuesday by Friday the repairs still hadn’t been done. I called about a loaner vehicle and was provided with one. Everything was great until the very end signing the paperwork I absolutely hate when they try and push the extra warranty and the simonize even though we told them we didnt want it.

Just said they would have my handicapped vehicle back for use but failed. Last year took 2 full months to get a transmission o handicapped vehicle 2 months. Supposed to be working on the infotainment center said camera in windshield need replaced infotainment not fixed. Over the air upgrades from Gm don't work. Complain about the radio for several years and service people do nothing than warranty expires. xxxx don't want to buy a gm product again

Provided my first complementary oil change . Easy scheduling and good service. Service tech met with me to discuss postponing my complementary tire rotation until the next oil change.
Communication is a severe problem. When I called to get an update, I was told that they would check on it and call me back. That’s a great answer except they never call back so I’m just left in the dark.
When I left my vehicle, I felt it was a good time to put on new wiper blades. I went to parts and selected the blades and ask Service to put them on. Normally after an oil change, I will receive a separate sheet that details the items inspected, such as tire tread depth and brake pad thickness. This time I only received a narrative which basically stated everything was fine. I like to know when to plan to replace such items.

I would not recommend Barker Chevrolet after a recent vehicle purchase this month of a 2025 Acadia. The dealership knew that I was coming with a check to purchase 5 days prior to my visit & when I arrived, they had "misplaced" the title. They had ALL WEEK to locate the title.
